The heart supplies blood to the whole body, which requires blood vessels to transfer the blood from one place to another and back to the heart too of course.
Veins carry the used blood back to the heart so it can be reused again. These vessels work for us all throughout our whole lives. Veins can lead to conditions and diseases like varicose veins.
There are many factors which could lead to varicose veins, and they include pregnancy, genetics, extended periods of sittings or standing, hormonal abnormalities,and obesity. It is important to find out the cause before obtaining your treatment.
Obesity is one of the major causes of varicose veins. It happens in over weight people because of the strain put onto the legs. One should attempt to hold a average body weight to lessen the chance of getting varicose veins. Even overexposure to the sun can cause them! Yes, over exposure to the sun. Too much sun may cause varicose veins to appear on the face. Heredity can also play a vital role in whether or not you get varicose veins or not. Women with a family history of varicose veins are at a larger risk of getting the veins compared to some other people.
If you wear sun block and limit the exposure to the harmful effects of the sun, maintain a good diet, exercise routinely, and keep your weight down, you might be able to avoid varicose veins.
